Aevos Return & Refund Policy
At Aevos, we take pride in delivering quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order, as placing an order indicates agreement with the terms below.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@aevos.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will be happy to send a replacement or offer store credit as appropriate.
Returned items must be sent back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise authorized.
Other Return Requests
For return requests that do not involve damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Aevos may approve returns on a case-by-case basis. These returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be shipped back at the customer's expense. Approval is required before returning any item under these conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Please note:
We are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays until 30 days after your order has been placed.
Since shipping times can vary due to international logistics, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Customers may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing their order.
After the 6-hour window, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded until delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aevos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local postal service.
Chargeback Protection Disclaimer
To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process, we kindly ask that you contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or dispute through your payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback on an open or in-transit order without first reaching out to our team may result in your account being permanently flagged and restricted from placing future purchases.
We also reserve the right to reject any return requests associated with fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.
